What I’m Sipping On (Literally & Emotionally)
Coffee in my mug, messy thoughts in my head—and both are fine.
This week was a whole mood. Somewhere between "I’m thriving" and "I just cried because my phone charger fell behind the bed." You get it.
So I thought I’d share what I’m sipping on—both in my cup and in my soul—as we head into the weekend.
In My Mug:
This week it’s been chocolate mint ice cream coffee in the morning (It’s not ice cream for breakfast, but it sure tastes like it!) and a peppermint tea at night to trick myself into feeling peaceful. Also, one glass of sweet white wine that felt like a hug in a stemless glass.
In My Mind:
Imposter syndrome doing cartwheels
A surprising burst of joy while reorganizing my spice rack
Feeling overwhelmed, but also kind of proud?
A new idea I’m actually excited about (stay tuned!)
Something That Made Me Feel More Human:
I danced in the kitchen to my “good tunes” Spotify playlist while cooking dinner. Was it for the cardio? No. Was it exactly what I needed? Yes.
Something I'm Loving:
My Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer. It makes everything feel fancy with zero effort—my kind of wellness. (BUT… I am secretly hoping it breaks so I have an excuse to buy the new Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven)
Before You Go:
Take a breath. Light a candle. Pick a playlist. You made it through another week. You don’t have to earn your rest. You just have to claim it.
What are you sipping on this week? Leave a comment and let me know!
Cheers,
Kerri
