Spring Cleaning... For Your Mind (And Your Home!)

Ah, spring.
The season when you want to clean everything... and yet somehow end up buried under a pile of mismatched Tupperware lids, wondering why you started.

Been there.

This year, I decided to do spring cleaning a little differently.
If you’ve seen my recent videos, you know I'm focusing on mindset resets just as much as clearing out closets.
Because let's be honest: no amount of color-coded bins can fix a cluttered mind.

Spring cleaning isn’t just for closets. It's for your mind too.

Here's what’s been helping me clear some mental cobwebs:

  • A walk every day (even if it’s just with Sloan sniffing every mailbox)

  • Setting one "ta-da" goal per day instead of 20

  • Letting go of guilt if I don't finish my to-do list

  • Lighting a fresh candle when I reset my space (highly recommend citrus or lavender for spring vibes!)

This touches upon Home Environment, Mental Health, and even Joy. A cozy, cared-for space = a cozy, cared-for YOU.

Cozy Quick Snack Ideas:

Spring Into Action Snack Plate

  • Hummus + veggie sticks

  • Apple slices + peanut butter

  • A handful of almonds

(Bonus: You should check out the Pampered Chef Rapid-Prep Mandolin, it makes chopping veggies is ridiculously easy.)

Clearing your mind (and your kitchen counters) one cozy moment at a time. Follow my journey — and Sloan’s wild springtime energy — over on TikTok! What’s something you’ve done this week to spring clean your mind or your home? Comment and let us all celebrate you!
